We request our guest to confirm your booking along with 50% payment via online transfer and rest have to be settled before check out. We also accept payments thru paytm.
This gives you an assurence of a Room availability against your name on your planned dates & we wait to welcome you.
Cancellation charges and terms are dependent on the rate type booked for your stay.
Cancellations made after booking confirmation will be charged for 20% of your total booking amount.
In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any booking made on a promotional rate and re-book for an alternative date, subject to availability.
No refunds for Cancellations happens due to natural calamities. The advance would be adjusted for any future dates based on availability at that time.
We treats all guests as individuals and strive to meet all guests specific needs during your stay.
However, whilst every effort is made to fulfil requests, unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee this, and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
Please let us know at time of booking if you have additional requirements, we will otherwise be unable to guarantee availability.
Extra person will be charged per day for Rs.600 (kids below 8 years goes free)
We do have private & complimentary parking spaces, however, we remind you that vehicles and personal belongings are left at your own risk.
